We are excited to partner with Chapel Hill based string band, Mipso!
As coffee enthusiasts, the band approached us with the idea of a special commemorative coffee blend as they release their new album, Coming Down the Mountain. Knowing they enjoy lighter, brighter coffees, we started this organic blend with an African coffee and then rounded it out with a sweetness from Central American coffees. All these components came together to highlight notes of sweet lemon and brown sugar.
We'll be featuring this blend through the month, all leading up to their May 6th performance at the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh!
