We have artfully roasted this natural process coffee to showcase the complexity of flavors that Ethiopia has to offer. With the rich sweetness of blackberry jam mixed with cocoa and the brightness of grapefruit to round it out at the end, it is sure to delight your morning.

Yirgacheffe became famous decades ago by being the first place to produce high-quality washed coffees in Ethiopia. Years later in the 2000s they became known for their natural coffees. The community of Archia lead the way for the first natural processed coffees. This changed the perspective on coffee with those first few harvests became legends in the specialty coffee industry. 

This coffee is put on raised beds and hand sorted for ripeness, being turned throughout the day to ensure even drying. This process can range from 15-20 days. 

Skilled hands process this coffee from only the ripest cherries being picked, hand-sorted, and turned over many days, artfully roasted, then finally brewed to your final cup.
