Though we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 business days to process your online order. You will receive an email notifying your order has shipped from our Hillsborough Roastworks with tracking information.

You may choose to pick up your order at our cafes in Durham or Chapel Hill:

  • Orders received before 8am on Mondays will be available for pickup after noon on Tuesday
  • Orders received before 8am on Thursday will be available for pickup after noon on Friday
  • If Friday is a holiday, your order will be available for pickup by the next Tuesday
  • Please pick your order up at the register

We currently ship within the contiguous United States USPS. We also offer USPS shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

All orders are shipped from our Hillsborough, NC 27278 Roastworks. Shipping times vary from 1 to 7 business days.

There are many factors that contribute to a coffee's taste from processing to roasting to brewing. The best way to help you get a sense of a coffee's taste is to check out the flavor notes and roast profile on the website and on the label.

One discount can be redeemed per transaction.

Discount codes must be input at time of purchase during the checkout process. We can not retroactively discount orders already in process or provide refunds based on a discount code not working at time of checkout.

Please note, our subscriptions are considered a discount and can not be combined with a promotional code.

We package our coffese in 12oz, 2.5LB or 5LB bags.
