Though we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 business days to process your online order. You will receive an email notifying your order has shipped from our Hillsborough Roastworks with tracking information.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States via FedEx and USPS. We also offer USPS shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
All orders are shipped from our Hillsborough, NC 27278 Roastworks. Shipping times vary from 1 to 7 business days.
There are many factors that contribute to a coffee's taste from processing to roasting to brewing. We found tasting notes are more descriptive in guiding you to the overall coffee experience than confining each into a roast profile, which is why we have removed them from our descriptions. The best way to help determine a roast is to check out the tasting notes.
Here's a general breakdown. If you see notes of:
bright, citrus, fruit, floral = light roast
sweet, caramel, vanilla, chocolate = medium roast
dark chocolate, full body, earthy, syrupy = dark roast

At this time, we are not offering free shipping to our cafes. However, our cafes stock most of our coffees for purchase.
One discount can be redeemed per transaction.
Discount codes must be input at time of purchase during the checkout process. We can not retroactively discount orders already in process or provide refunds based on a discount code not working at time of checkout.
