One of the most unique Sumatra coffees we've had in years, these natural processed beans are a rare find. The mill owners, Sriwijaya, labored for years to refine this exceptional coffee. After washing, these beans are sun dried for up to two weeks before they are hulled to remove the cherry's fruit. They then are hand-sorted three times before they are sun-dried again. Finally, they are screened to separate the most premium beans into a lot that we bring to you. The result is an exceptionally bright and fruity Sumatra coffee that's unlike anything else.
