This 90 minute class is designed for anyone from beginning brewers to advanced home coffee enthusiasts.
Joe Van Gogh staff will teach you:
- the basics of coffee extraction
- how variables (grind size, time, brew ratio) affect coffee flavor and body
- techniques for making great coffee with a Beehouse dripper, Chemex, and Aeropress
