Through its adaptable nature, the pine tree is ubiquitous to North Carolina, embellishing i40 from the Blue Ridge to Cape Hatteras. Akin to the versatile qualities of the pine tree and named accordingly, our new Evergreen Menu is a café-wide installment that will be available year-round. We have streamlined our menu offerings to focus on what we do best: delivering quality coffee experiences born out of conscientious sourcing and craftful preparation.

The Evergreen Menu will be complemented with a Seasonal Menu that will change periodically to take advantage of seasonal ingredients. Our cafés with kitchens will be offering seasonal breakfast, lunch, pastry & beverage items. While our non-kitchen cafés will just offer seasonal pastry & beverage items. If you don’t see your favorite drink on the menu, have no fear, just ask and if we have the ingredients we’re happy to whip it up for you!

In addition, all of our single-use service items will soon be 100% compostable to fulfill our sustainability goal.
