Chelsea Dubay, our Learning and Talent Development Manager, hit it out of the park at the U.S. Coffee Championship Brewer’s Cup Qualifier in Nashville this January. The Brewer’s Cup highlights and celebrates the art of manual brewing and draws coffee professionals from all over the country.

Chelsea has qualified for the championship round and will compete against 29 other brewers in Orange County, California, in late February. The winner of the Brewer’s Cup will go on to represent the United States at the 2020 World Coffee Championships in Melbourne, Australia and Warsaw, Poland. Congratulations Chelsea!
