CELEBRATING 20 YEARS IN CHAPEL HILL WITH A MARCH #TRIANGLETNT!

We’re throwing down like it’s 1995!

Join us at our Chapel Hill shop – 1129 AD Weaver Dairy Rd – on Thursday, March 26 at 7pm for a Triangle Latte Art Throwdown while we celebrate 20 years of serving coffee to the Chapel Hill / Triangle community! We want to thank everyone who has been with us along this journey, we couldn’t have done it without your support throughout the years!

We’ll have food, dessert form the Cup Cake Shoppe in Raleigh, and beer from Mystery Brewing, including their Six Impossible Things brewed with our Ethiopia Sidamo and Cafe Femenino Mexico!

There will be some 90’s trivia, and dressing in your best 90’s fashion is highly encouraged!

Sign up begins at 7pm, and the throwdown starts at 7:30pm. $5 to compete. Free and open to the public.

Thanks to Nicole Dutram, Chapel Hill’s Assistant Store Manager and talented artist, who drew the art for our poster!

I wanted to do something that was geared toward our opening date in 1995. All the characters featured were popular or were created in 1995, including ‘joe bot’ the Joe Van Gogh robot throwing down with Montell Jordan. I used aspects of our logos throughout time to fully developed his character. Even the font for the flag is a take off on Emigre’s base 9 font which came out in 1995. It’s all in the details… can you guess each character featured?

Thanks to our judges for the evening!
