Clever Dripper
Full Immersion Brewing. Imagine a combination of a pourover and a French Press… the Clever captures the clean finish of filtered coffee while allowing for a four minute extraction like a French press. Features a shut-off mechanism, so once the brewing is complete allow the coffee to drip directly into your cup.
GRIND:: Auto-Drip
COFFEE:: 3.5 JVG scoops (25 grams)
WATER:: 12.5 oz (360 grams)
STEPS::
1. Rinse Melitta #4 filter, Clever, and serving vessel
2. Start your timer. Pour approximately 3.5 oz of water (100 grams) over the coffee and stir.
3. Wait 30 seconds. Pour remaining water.
4. At 3 minutes, stir again and place clever on serving vessel to drain.
5. At 4 minutes, remove dripper from serving vessel. Enjoy!
